問題

有很多人反馈，11月份部分日期的資料丟失嚴重，如：

原因

Google給Partner的資訊是：

“We are aware of an ongoing incident impacting production of aggregate tables. Data is still being processed and should not be lost. Customer who are being impacted should try to leverage complex queries in the explore module to force production of data via our granular data stories”

Google Analytics產品經理在Slack回復：

“Hey all, just wanted to give an update. There is an issue impacting the generation of daily aggregated tables. What this happens, we serve from intraday tables instead. Unfortunately, these tables have a limited TTL and so, after a while, the data disappears. In addition, there appears to be an issue where (not set) is spiking in intraday. So that’s the bad news. Silver lining: BQ export does not rely on aggregated tables and is unimpacted. Granular data stores (e.g. much of the explore module, particularly when using segments) are unimpacted. This issue should clear up when our daily processing catches up. Our engineering team has been working around the clock to make this happen.”
